Fred M. Strong
Chairman, co-founder and grubstaker: Over 40 years executive experience in capital markets, mainly in
the natural resource sector, including, over $50 million in transactions. CEO Villas del Caribe SA, Desarrollos
Ecologicos SA. Fluent French, Spanish.
Rand Hodgson
B.Sc. B.Ed. Co-founder, Senior Exploration Geologist. Commercial Pilot with 44 years experience in the
Archean greenstones of NW Ontario with Amax, Norcen, Central Crude (Noront), Harbinson Group
(Queenston), Teck, Pelangio, Falconbridge, Esso Minerals, Goldfields etc... Played a critical role in the
discovery of Eagle River (now Wesdome) and staked claims with Maurice Hibbert that eventually became
Detour Lake.

President B.Eng., P.Eng.(OEQ), Dip.M.,MBA,CTP, Fellow INSOL International: Extensive experience in finance,
technology development, engineering, banking and project finance in the precious metals sector including
gold lending, trading, and advising on setting up a gold refinery.
Paul B. Manson
Director designate. Vancouver-based business executive. More than 30 years of experience with resource and renewable energy companies, many public, including a key role in founding, financing, building and selling a 99MW wind farm on Vancouver Island.
ANGEL INVESTOR
Mining legend and angel investor Ross Beaty made a small cash investment and explicitly allowed WFE to
use his name. He also reads most of the Company’s material and usually provides immediate feedback.
Here’s a nugget: “Good to see you aren’t issuing shares like drunken sailors.” Ross is a mine developer.
Although early-stage exploration is not his business, his advice and encouragement are extremely helpful.
